 A thick layer of emulsion to create a higher print on the garment. This is a great method for special effects on designs and to make your design pop!

 the ink expands and puffs up once it's exposed to heat. It's created by combining regular plastisol color ink with a puff print additive. It's first introduced to the garment through a screen applied with pressure. The more volume of ink added, the higher the puff will be.

Plastisol printing is the traditional style of screen printing. Inks are thicker and rougher than our standard printing, and the ink sits on top of the shirt. These inks can be printed on any garment or fabric and work best in small print areas.

Gel Screen Printing adds a layer of “high density” gel on top of your screen printed t-shirtor garment creating an amazing, decorative 3-D looking coating that really makes the printed image stand out. Gel printing gives your garments a shiny plastic like coating that will wear for many years.

Discharge printing is the process of using water-based inks to bleach the manufacturer's dye out of a shirt and replacing it with whatever dye color you choose. This kind of discharge screen printing is done with water-based inks that soak into the fabric, instead of just sitting on top of it.

Glitter or shimmer ink is when metallic flakes become an additive in the ink base to create this sparkle effect. Usually available in gold or silver but can be mixed to make most colours. Gloss. Gloss ink is when a clear base laid over previously printed inks to create a shiny finish.

A film positive is required when using the photographic screen process. It consists of an opaque image on a transparent sheet, such as acetate or prepared acetate.

Glow in the dark screen printing is the process of creating screens in the same way and set-up as the standard screen printing process. The difference is that it allows for you to give an added effect and make the print, or parts of the print, glow in the dark.
